Not only will you receive push notifications directly to your iOS device as soon as something happens in the app, you can also view and manage your notifications directly in the Winning Strength Blueprint app.
1. Go to the Winning Strength Blueprint app on your iPhone.
2. Tap Training at the bottom of the screen to see the notification bell icon in the top right.
The notification bell icon will have a red dot above it if there are unread notifications.
3. Tap the notification bell icon to see the list of notifications.
Unread notifications: Will have a yellow dot on the left hand side.
4. Tap on a notification to open the associated Workout, Comment, Program or Questionnaire.
A notification will be marked as read once it has been tapped. To mark it as unread again, simply swipe right and tap on the yellow envelope icon.
5. To delete a notification, swipe left and tap on the red trash icon.
Note: Pull down to refresh the list of notifications at any time.
