1. Go to the Winning Strength Blueprint app on your iPhone.
2. Tap on the Training tab at the bottom.
3. Find a Program, then tap on the Program title. You can also do any of the following:
Log the next planned Workout: Tap the button just below the Program title to begin logging the Workout
Jump to a specific Workout: Select from either Incomplete or All Workouts for the Program, then tap on the Workout title to view the detail page. From the detail page you can also log the Workout directly.
Log a specific Workout directly: Select from either Incomplete or All Workouts for the Program, then tap on the Workout's Log Session button to beginning logging the Workout.
