Sometimes when training a client in person you will want them to focus on their training while you track the sets, reps and weights for them. Winning Strength Blueprint now enables you to do exactly this.
- Navigate to the Client page by clicking All Clients from the menu and then selecting the Client
- For clients with an active Training Program
- Click the Programs tab
- Find the current Program and select View Program from the 3 dot menu
- You will now see an overall completion status for the Program as well as the individual sessions
- If you want to simply log the next session in the Program then click the Up Next icon
- Alternatively, select the session you want to complete and click Log Session
- For clients without a Training Program
- Click the Training tag
- Click View All
- Create a Workout on the fly!
