Winning Strength Blueprint features a comprehensive library of exercise options that enable Coaches and Users to specify exactly which variation is to be performed. This can be for any reason from equipment availability to training a specific strength quality.
To view the options available for an exercise:-
- Click the Training menu
- Click Exercise Library
- Select an Exercise and scroll to the options section
Some options are common across multiple exercises, e.g. "Bar Option". Others may be specific to a particular movement. Occasionally no options will be associated.
After selecting an option to view, you will see a list of all the possible values for this option. Click a value to see a text description, image and/or video describing that option and how it is used.
