To access the Exercise Library:-
- Click Training from the main menu
- Click Exercise Library
From here you can browse or search by exercise or movement name. Click on the exercise to view a general demonstration video with instructions, along with a list of commonly used variations and available options.
Variations represent a combination of 1 or more options selected for the particular exercise. This will be what you see in the workouts. Click on the variation to view a specific demonstration video along with a breakdown of all the options specified consisting of descriptions, images and/or videos.
