The Rest Timer is located in the top left once the workout has been started. Simply click the clock button and the timer will pop up.
You can manually set the Rest Timer to any duration you require. Useful when your coach has prescribed a timed exercise type.
The Rest Timer can be configured to pop up automatically when a set is completed.
- Go to My Profile
- Check the Auto Rest Timer checkbox
- Click Save
From now on, any time you manually add an exercise to a workout or you start a planned workout, the Rest Timer will pop up automatically with the rest time prescribed by your coach.
If you don't want the timer to pop up automatically then you can either disable the Auto Rest Timer in My Profile to disable it always or you can go to Edit Parameters for the Exercise(s) you are currently logging and disable it on a per Exercise basis.
