You have received a Notification that a new Program is available from your Coach so let's get started.
Navigate to My Training and select My Programs. Your available Programs will be listed.
To start a Program, add it to Calendar by clicking the Calendar icon in the bottom right.
Enter a start date and select your training days. By default the anticipated training days will be selected automatically but these can be changed.
When done, click save and the planned Sessions will now appear in your Calendar. If they don't, then make sure you have the Calendar for the Account providing the Program enabled in My Calendars. The Calendar will have your name proceeded by the Account Name in brackets.
Sessions logged against this Program will be logged on the Account Calendar so they are visible to your Trainer.
