When training it's important to be aware of your previous numbers in order to monitor progress and incrementally improve week on week. The application provides 2 ways to do this during a session:-
Past performance (for the current exercise)
Last session performance (for the specific exercise variation)
Past performance
From the exercise menu select View Past Performance. You'll then be taken to a screen that shows all recorded sets for all variations of the current exercise (e.g. Deadlift in this case) as well as any comments you or your coach made. Last session performance During a session, the performance for the specific exercise variation will be shown beneath the parameters and above the logged sets. Use this information to guide you in weight selection for the current session. Happy Training!
