Programs from a coach
When your coach assigns you a program we email you a link straight to it. You can always get back to it from Training.
Programs you bought
After checkout we take you to your new program and email you a link to it as well. A custom-built program is generated in the background, so it can take a moment to appear — you will get a notification the moment it is ready.
Your dashboard
Your dashboard lists your programs with the next session for each, so the fastest route back into training is usually just opening the app.
