How to start your program

Once a program is in your library — whether your coach assigned it or you bought it — everything starts from the program page. Open Training and pick the program.

Use the button at the top

The main button on the program page always points at the one session you should do next, and it names that session so you know exactly where you are. On a brand-new program it reads Start W1 D1 — week 1, day 1. You do not have to hunt through the week list to find your place.

Start, Continue and View

The button changes to match the state of that session:

  • Start — you have not logged this session yet. This creates the session and opens it.
  • Continue — you already began this session and did not finish it. This reopens the same session with your logged sets still in place.
  • View — you have already completed the session, so we show you what you did rather than starting over.

Because Continue reopens the session you already have, tapping it more than once will never create a second copy of the same workout. If you deliberately want to repeat a session you have already finished, open it and choose Log Again.

Add to Calendar vs starting now

These do different jobs, and you only need one of them to train:

  • Start / Continue means "I am training now." Use it when you are in the gym.
  • Add to Calendar only schedules the program onto dates so you can plan your week. It does not start anything.

Scheduling is optional. If you never touch the calendar you can still work through your whole program using the Start button.

If you get stuck

Your dashboard also shows the next session for each of your programs, so you can go straight there. If a program you bought says it is still being built, give it a moment — we will notify you the second it is ready.
