How to create a Training Program from a Template

Winning Strength Blueprint allows Coaches to use Templates as a starting point when creating Training Programs in order to improve productivity and consistency.

When you sign up for a Winning Strength Blueprint account, you will automatically see a collection of templates provided for free. These are a great way to not only see some example protocols but to also get started straight away with the Templates feature.

Creating a new Program Template

In the Coach area, navigate to the Programs section and click Templates.

Click the Create Template button in the top right and give the new project template a name, duration and days per week. You can always change this later.

You can also create a Template from an existing Program.

Create phases and training sessions as you normally would before clicking Publish in the top right to make the Template available to all Coaches in the account.

Starting a Program using a Template

Once you create your first Template you can create Programs from it. Click the Create Program button in the top right of the Programs section. On the next screen you will see the option in the top right to "use template".

Select a Template from the dropdown menu, name your Program and click "Create".

That's it. Your new Program is ready to be customised before Publishing and Assigning to a Client.

Create a Template from an existing Program

If you've already got a Program set up, you can make a template based on that program for future programs for you and your team.

Inside the program, click the More menu in the top right, then select Save as Template.

You can select a new name for the template before clicking Create to create a new template based on your program.
