Exercise Parameters

Exercise parameter sets allow you to determine which parameters are displayed to the client when logging a workout as well as which parameters they will need to record.

Each exercise has default parameter sets associated with it, however these can be changed when creating a training program.

Below is a list of parameter sets along with a description of which fields are available to the coach when adding to a training program and available to a client when logging a set.

advanced
Coach prescribes: sets, reps, spread, tempo, rest, minutes, seconds, distance
Client logs: RPE, reps, weight, minutes, seconds, distance

completion
Coach prescribes: sets
Client logs: RPE

locomotive
Coach prescribes: sets, reps, spread, tempo, rest, distance
Client logs: RPE, reps, weight, minutes, seconds, distance

simple
Coach prescribes: sets, reps, rest
Client logs: RPE, reps, weight

standard
Coach prescribes: sets, reps, spread, tempo, rest
Client logs: RPE, reps, weight

timed
Coach prescribes: sets, reps, spread, tempo, rest, minutes, seconds
Client logs: RPE, weight, minutes, seconds

velocity
Coach prescribes: sets, reps, spread, tempo, rest
Client logs: RPE, reps, weight, seconds
