Let Winning Strength Blueprint help you track your body Measurements.
To view a Measurement:
- Navigate to the Measurements area and click on the Measurement you wish to view
- Select the date range for the chart at the top of the page
- View the entries for the Measurement in a list below the chart
Tip: It's also possible to Add Data directly from the Measurement page.
