Let Winning Strength Blueprint help you track Habits for each of your clients.
Use notes to keep track of client goals, supplement plans or anything you like!
To create a Habit:
- Navigate to the sidebar menu and click on the Clients, then click Habits
- Click Create Habit and choose a title, Client, start date and frequency
- Optionally select a colour which will appear in the Client calendar
- Add any notes or further details
- Tap Save at the bottom and your new Habit is added
- The client will receive a notification
