How to create and assign a Client Habit

Let Winning Strength Blueprint help you track Habits for each of your clients.

Use notes to keep track of client goals, supplement plans or anything you like!

To create a Habit:
  1. Navigate to the sidebar menu and click on the Clients, then click Habits
  2. Click Create Habit and choose a title, Client, start date and frequency
  3. Optionally select a colour which will appear in the Client calendar
  4. Add any notes or further details
  5. Tap Save at the bottom and your new Habit is added
  6. The client will receive a notification
