How to create a habit

Let Winning Strength Blueprint help you track the activities you want to make a habit.

To set up a habit:
  1. Navigate to the Calendar and click on the 3-dot menu in the top right, then click Habits
  2. Click Create Habit and choose a title and a colour
  3. Tap Create Habit at the bottom and your new Habit is added to your Calendar
